Return & Exchange Policy

Product purchased on actioncanada.ca

Products purchased through our website actoncanada.ca that have not been worn can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to claim a refund. The product must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original packaging.

Holiday return policy for the purchase of Christmas gifts: 60 days (November and December only)

In the case of a product purchased on the actoncanada.ca transactional site, complaints must be sent as follows:

Use the pre-authorized return label inserted in your original shipment and drop off your package with the carrier mentioned.

Note that returns are free of charge.

Email customer service at info@regence.ca. This email must be accompanied by the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Product number (see product label or packaging)
  • size
  • Photo of the product and its defect (only if defective)
  • Order number

Please allow approximately 15 days for processing returns and issuing refunds. When the return is processed, you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Product purchased from a merchant

All claims must be made to the merchant where the pair of shoes was purchased, with the original proof of purchase. The latter will apply its own repair, return and/or exchange policy.

Defective product

If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please return the product to them with proof of purchase. The latter will apply its return and/or exchange policy.
