Return and exchange policy

NONDEFECTIVE PRODUCT

1. PRODUCT PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE

Products purchased on our website and that have not been worn may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. The product must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.

Holiday return policy for Christmas gift purchases: 60 days (November and December only).

For a product purchased on our transactional website, claims must be submitted as follows:

A. If you still have the prepaid return label included in your original shipment:

  • Use the preauthorized return label included in your original shipment.
  • Remove the old shipping label or cover it with the new return label to avoid delivery delays.
  • Drop off your package with the indicated carrier.
  • Returns are free of charge.


B. If you no longer have the prepaid return label:

  • Send an email to customer service at info@actoncanada.ca.
  • The email must include the following information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Product number (see product tag or packaging)
    • Size
    • Photo of the product and the defect (if applicable)
    • Order number

Please allow approximately 15 days for return processing and refund issuance. Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

ITEMS AT 50% OFF OR MORE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS POSSIBLE.

2. PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER

All claims must be made with the retailer where the pair of shoes was purchased, accompanied by the original proof of purchase. The retailer will apply its own repair, return, and/or exchange policy.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

1. PRODUCT PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE AND COVERED BY THE 6MONTH WARRANTY (SEE WARRANTY POLICY).

Claims must be submitted as follows:

  • Send an email to customer service at info@actoncanada.ca.
  • The email must include the following information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Product number (see product tag or packaging)
    • Size
    • Photo of the product and the defect
    • Order number

Please allow approximately 15 days for the processing of returns or exchanges and the issuance of the refund.

AND

  • Use the prepaid return label included in your original shipment and drop off your package with the indicated carrier.
  • Returns are free of charge.


2. PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER

If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please return it to them with the proof of purchase. The retailer will apply its return and/or exchange policy.
