Warranty Policy

Acton products are guaranteed for 6 months after the date of purchase against manufacturing defects following normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, improper maintenance, negligence;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • The normal and natural aging of the materials used in the manufacture of the shoe.

Slight variations in color and/or texture are inherent to the leather. They represent a distinctive feature of this natural material and are not considered a defect. All claims must be made to the merchant where the pair of shoes was purchased, with the original proof of purchase. The latter will apply its own repair, return or exchange policy.

Authorized retailers

Only products purchased from an AUTHORIZED retailer or on actoncanada.ca are guaranteed by Acton. By NON-AUTHORIZED retailer, we include liquidation centers, flea markets, online purchases from auction websites, classified ads or any other unauthorized reseller. For this reason, proof of purchase must accompany each claim.

Purchases on actoncanada.ca

Products purchased through our website actoncanada.ca that have not been worn can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to claim a refund. The product must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original packaging. For defective products, in the case of a product purchased on the actoncanada.ca transactional site, the same 6-month warranty applies.

Complaints should be directed as follows:

Use the pre-authorized return label inserted in your original shipment and drop off your package with the carrier mentioned.

Note that returns are free of charge.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Product number (see product label or packaging)
  • Size
  • Photo of the product and its defect (only if defective)
  • Order number

Once your request has been processed, someone will contact you. The product will either be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our discretion.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your request, depending on the time of year.
